DESCRIPTION:We are so excited to invite you to our biggest celebration of the year\, The Philadelphia Clef Club of Jazz & Performing Arts 5th Annual “Clef Club Jazz Awards: A Special 50th Anniversary” celebration. The 2-Day festivities kicks-off on Friday\, November 11 @ 6pm with a VIP Blue Carpet Reception\, Dinner\, and Show. \nSaturday\, November 12 @ 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm guests can take part in a Round Table discussion addressing “The Educational Fortitude & Artistic Progression of Jazz: An Intergenerational Concept\,” This event will pay homage to tri-state area music educators who have demonstrated continued professionalism\, and unyielding dedication as an educator to their individual art form and/or their students. It will offer lively discussion\, celebrity guest appearances\, award presentations\, a jam session\, and light refreshments. \nSaturday\, November 12 @ 8:00 pm The 2015 Clef Club Jazz people’s choice awards will be presented to eleven musicians. Jazz Awards Program\, Presentation\, Special Performances and Crystal Cafe Dinner buffet. \nTo Purchase Tickets Click HERE \nThe Clef Club Jazz Awards recognize Philadelphia musicians and performing artists through a nomination and selection process made available to the general public.
