The Philadelphia Clef Club of Jazz and Performing Arts in conjunction with the Brandywine Workshop and Archives will be presenting a series of FREE evening outdoor and indoor concerts during the Democratic National Convention, July 25–27, 2016.

Titled “Jazz on the Avenue, The Lawn Party,” these concerts will spotlight both the talented veterans as well as the up-and-coming artists who comprise the Philadelphia Jazz Community. The concerts will be presented in two parts: all evening performances will take place outdoors on the Brandywine Plaza, an outdoor space, beginning at 8:00 PM and running through 12:00 midnight. The second phase, “Jazz in The Blue Note Hall” will run from 12:00 AM to 1:30 AM.

In case of rain all performances will take place in The Blue Note Hall. So come and celebrate democracy with the Clef Club and catch some fine music.
