Mentorship

Youth are taught by older professional Jazz musicians who foster caring and supportive relationships. Mentorship is crucial when passing on artistic genre to youth so the Philadelphia Clef Club sees the component as a vital variable of its programs.  Accordingly, advanced youth musicians incorporate mentorship when assisting less skilled peers.
